Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with global leadership
• 5+ years of people leadership experience coaching recruiters
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead global talent acquisition strategy and operating model.
• Partner with executives and HR to align hiring with business goals.
• Develop a high-performing recruiting team and coaching culture.
• Drive AI-enabled recruiting adoption with bias and privacy oversight.
• Manage recruiting budget and external partnerships.
• Provide talent intelligence and market insights to leadership.
