Nextpower is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for the US and global teams. You will manage accuracy, compliance, and reporting in Workday, while coordinating with providers and stakeholders to ensure timely payroll processing.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday, strong knowledge of US payroll laws, and a proactive approach to process improvements. This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with remote options.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms; Workday required.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle audits.

• Review and audit payroll for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage internal and external payroll audits.
• Handle quarterly and year-end US payroll tax filings.
• Coordinate with state agencies to resolve tax discrepancies.
• Support end-to-end global payroll operations and providers.
• Maintain and test Workday payroll configurations and reports.
• Build customized payroll reports in Workday.
