Job summary

Harbor Behavioral Health seeks a Global Payroll Manager to lead multi-country payroll operations (US, UK, Canada) with Workday expertise. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advanced Workday Payroll experience in US, UK and Canada.
• Experience leading a global payroll team.
• Strong confidentiality and data privacy mindset.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate, confidential payroll delivery across multiple countries.
• Oversee payrolls through a PEO or direct processing with governance & SLAs.
• Review inputs, reconciliations, and reports; resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with Finance for payroll reporting transparency.
• Maintain current payroll data and lifecycle entries (hiring, raises, taxes).
• Handle year-end processes and vendor-managed returns.
• Drive automation and global standardization of payroll processes.
