Job summary

Evo is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead planning and execution of global live events and manage RTS-owned equipment movement. You will coordinate shipping, storage, and inventory, working with VP Operations and RTS event managers to ensure timely delivery and compliance across domestic and international events.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong vendor, budget, and timeline management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in live event operations and international shipping management.
• Experience with 3rd party freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Demonstrated experience managing equipment inventory and storage solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping of RTS owned and operated equipment for Evo domestic and international events.
• Manage all customs through third party freight forwarding companies.
• Inventory and asset management for equipment and supplies.
• Create and implement equipment storage plans (domestic and international).
• Develop framework and process flow for return post event for internal teams and third parties.
• Budget & Reporting, including tracking invoices and vendor payments with finance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline costs and improve efficiency.
