Job summary

Evolution Championship Series (Evo) seeks a Product Manager, Live Events to architect and deliver engaging on-site experiences across its global portfolio. You will define product briefs, tournament formats, and show-floor features that delight fans and players, while partnering with production, operations, and creative teams to execute at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management, esports design, or live consumer experiences.
Proven ability to align cross-functional teams around a unified product vision.
Experience working with IP holders, developers, or sponsors.
Strong passion for fighting games and competitive gaming ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Design live event product specs and experiences across Evo's global portfolio.
Define product briefs and charters for live offerings and support execution teams.
Champion product consistency, competitive integrity, and fan-first innovation across events.
Oversee on-site stakeholder coordination with partners, publishers, and event staff.
