RTS Management, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Logistics Manager to orchestrate shipping, storage, and inventory for Evo and RTS live events worldwide.
You will collaborate with the VP of Operations and event teams, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of equipment, with a remote-first culture and opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in live event operations and international shipping management.
- Experience working with 3rd party freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Demonstrated experience managing equipment inventory and storage solutions.
- Strategic thinker who can also manage on-the-ground execution.
- Proficient in event management and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Able to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
- A sense of ownership and accountability even when working remotely.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all shipping of RTS owned and operated equipment required for Evo events.
- Manage all customs through third party freight forwarding companies.
- Inventory and asset management.
- Create and implement equipment storage plans (domestic and international).
- Develop framework and process flow for return post event for internal teams as well as third parties for owned or rented equipment.
- Budget & Reporting.
- Manage specific line items within event budgets.
- Track invoices and vendor payments in collaboration with finance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline costs and improve efficiency.

Beyond our established live events, Evo’s mission continues to evolve to create, celebrate, and renew fighting game fandom.
As Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of Evo and RTS live events globally. You will work closely with the VP of Operations and RTS Event Managers to ship, store and inventory the RTS owned equipment that needs to move to and from international and domestic Evo events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, can operate independently, and can manage vendors, budgets, and production timelines effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, contractors, and venues.
You will report to the Vice President, Operations or Event Manager
- Coordinate all shipping of RTS owned and operated equipment required for all Evo domestic and international events. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, game consoles, PCs, accessories, monitors, and Evo displays
- Manage all customs through third party freight forwarding companies

The salary for this role is $95,000 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
