Job summary

RTS and Evo are seeking a Director of Product to lead the vision and execution of Evo’s live events and consumer products. You will own end-to-end development, from concept to launch, across tournaments, on-site attractions, and fan experiences worldwide.

You will align with operations, production, marketing, partnerships, and business development to ensure delivery, measurable outcomes, and brand integrity while growing Evo’s product portfolio and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product management, live event development, experience design, or creative leadership.
• Experience taking complex live events, gaming, entertainment, or consumer products from concept through launch.
• Strong ability to translate broad creative ideas into practical briefs for production teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, priorities, plans, and measures of success for major Evo products.
• Write product and event briefs defining goals, spatial concepts, and tournament parameters.
• Make tradeoffs using audience data, player sentiment, endemic impact, business value, timing, complexity, and cost.
• Define ticket types and attendee benefits with Operations, Marketing, Finance.
• Lead development of flagship event features and experiential zones.
• Define formats for tournaments and exhibition formats.
• Lead ideation of new events and scalable formats for multiple markets.
• Ensure attendee journey works on-site and on broadcast.
• Lead, manage, and develop product team members; set roles and goals.
• Remain hands-on on-site during Evo events.
