Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. leads logistics for Evo and RTS live events, coordinating shipping, storage, and inventory of equipment for domestic and international shows.

The role collaborates with VP of Operations and event managers to ensure timely delivery, return processes, and cost-effective execution. The role requires hands-on execution, independent work, and travel; proficiency with Excel and tools like AutoCAD is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in live event operations and international shipping management.
• Experience working with 3rd party freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Demonstrated experience managing equipment inventory and storage solutions.
• Strategic thinker who can also manage on-the-ground execution.
• Proficient in event management and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping of RTS owned and operated equipment for Evo domestic and international events.
• Manage all customs through third party freight forwarding companies.
• Inventory and asset management.
• Create and implement equipment storage plans (domestic and international).
• Develop framework and process flow for return post event for internal teams and third parties for owned or rented equipment.
• Budget & Reporting; Manage line items within event budgets; Track invoices and vendor payments with finance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline costs and improve efficiency.
