Job summary

RemotePass is a global platform transforming how businesses access top talent. We’re hiring a Benefits Specialist to own the experience across our global EOR workforce, with health insurance core to the role.

You’ll run annual renewals across multiple countries, scope and launch new plans, and ensure enrolment and administration are accurate. Strong collaboration with brokers, insurers, and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee benefits, benefits administration, insurance, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance; life, disability, pension, and wellness benefits are a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing benefits renewals or new plan implementations.
• Experience reviewing plan proposals with brokers or insurers.
• Benefits experience across multiple countries, with a clear understanding of jurisdictional differences.
• Background in EOR/PEO/global mobility or HR tech is a strong advantage.
• Analytical skills to assess pricing, plan structures, and proposals.
• Highly organized and able to run multiple renewals and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals: manage global renewal calendar and ensure on-time delivery.
• Scope and launch new plans researching local requirements wherever clients need them.
• Oversee enrolments, changes, and terminations; coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
• Answer benefits questions for employees and clients; provide guidance on statutory vs supplemental benefits.
• Manage brokers, insurers, and partners as main contact for complex issues.
• Track market changes and flag implications for plans.
• Standardize processes to scale with workforce growth.
