Job summary
Gravitate, an AI-driven software company serving the refined fuels industry, is seeking a Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle. You will partner with hiring managers to source top talent, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and guide onboarding while upholding Gravitate's high-trust, high-autonomy culture.
Reporting to the People Services Manager, you’ll build sourcing strategies, track recruiting metrics, and help scale Gravitate’s remote-first workforce across Fortune 100 clients while
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for a SaaS or software company.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and other recruiting technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other talent channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for hiring teams.
- Extend and negotiate offers in partnership with the People Services Manager.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill and source effectiveness.
- Champion Gravitate's employer brand through job postings and outreach.
- Support onboarding handoff to ensure a smooth start.
