Aran Industries is seeking a forward-deployed engineer to work directly with customers, configure our engines to their standards, and deliver engineering packages on schedule. You will travel to customer offices and job sites, write code and adjust models to meet real-world requirements, and turn field learnings into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Shipped software that real users depend on.
• Proficient with AI coding agents to move fast in unfamiliar codebases.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, PMs and executives.
• Willing to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Ability to learn new technical domains quickly: power, cooling, structures, permitting and construction.

Responsibilities

• Own Aran’s deployment on customer projects from kickoff to delivered engineering package.
• Configure and extend parametric engines and AI agents for customer standards and workflows.
• Build integrations and scripts connecting Aran to CAD/BIM, document and project-management systems.
• Work on site with customer engineers to unblock issues quickly and earn trust.
• Turn field learnings into product requirements and features for the team.
• Help scale Aran from flagship projects to many deployments.
