Job summary

Aran Industries seeks a forward-deployed engineer who will own deployments on customer projects, configure engines to client standards, and deliver engineering packages from kickoff to completion.

You’ll work on site with customer teams, build integrations with CAD/BIM and project-management tools, travel regularly, and translate field learnings into product improvements that scale. This role is remote within the US/Canada (excluding Quebec) and offers strong growth with equity.

Qualifications

• Shipped software that real users relied on.
• Proficient with AI coding agents to navigate unfamiliar codebases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, PMs and executives.
• Remain calm and resourceful when a customer deadline is at risk.
• Ability to learn new technical domains quickly (power, cooling, structures, permitting).
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own Aran’s deployment on customer projects from kickoff to delivered package.
• Configure and extend parametric engines and AI agents to fit customer standards.
• Build integrations and tools connecting Aran to CAD/BIM, documents, and project-management systems.
• Work on site with customer engineers to unblock issues and earn their trust.
• Turn field learnings into product requirements and reusable features.
