Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind key revenue lines including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products.

You'll forecast, run variance analysis, and provide strategic insights across revenue and expenses. You'll build driver-based models, partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Treasury, IR, and HR, and present analyses to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar analytical role.
• Ability to build driver-based revenue and expense models.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with planning tools and partnering with non-finance teams.
• Strong close, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support.
• Uses AI responsibly with human oversight for outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis monthly.
• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products.
• Build driver-based models for revenue and expense lines.
• Proactively investigate data to surface trends and opportunities.
• Lead month-end close and ensure data integrity with Accounting.
• Present analyses to leadership with clear recommendations.
