Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind key revenue lines, including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products.

You will build models and deliver analysis for leadership while partnering with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, and HR. Lead month-end close and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A or related analytical role with driver-based models.
• Advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis; familiarity with planning tools.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations to validate inputs.
• Proven ability to identify trends or risks and escalate insights.
• Accuracy in financial close, variance analysis, or reconciliations.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage end-to-end deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products.
• Build driver-based financial models across revenue and expense lines.
• Investigate data to surface trends and opportunities.
• Lead month-end close for coverage areas with accounting.
• Present analysis to cross-functional stakeholders.
