Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind key revenue lines, including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products. Build models, forecast revenues, and provide insights to leadership while partnering with Operations, Data, and HR.

You will drive monthly forecast accuracy, engage in month-end closes, and present recommendations in cross-functional reviews.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role.
Ability to build driver-based revenue and expense models independently.
Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Experience with planning tools (Anaplan, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights).
Proven stakeholder collaboration with non-finance teams to validate inputs and present analysis.
Demonstrated accuracy in close, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows.

Responsibilities

Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis, monthly cadence.
Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, incl. OpEx budgeting.
Build and maintain driver-based financial models across revenue and expense lines.
Investigate data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities proactively.
Lead month-end close for coverage areas and ensure data integrity with Accounting.
Present analysis in business reviews with clear, data-driven recommendations.
