Coinbase is hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind Coinbase’s dynamic revenue lines, including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products. This role builds and maintains driver-based models, drives forecasting and OpEx budgeting, and partners with Product, Engineering, Operations to surface insights for leadership.

It operates in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person surges and strong growth

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role with ability to build driver-based revenue/expense models
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis, exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to validate inputs and present financial analysis
• Track record of identifying financial trends or risks and escalating insights to leadership
• Proven accuracy in financial close, variance analysis, or reconciliation workflows
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Aufgaben

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis on a monthly cadence
• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products
• Build and maintain driver-based models powering revenue and expense analyses
• Investigate data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Lead month-end close for coverage areas and ensure data integrity with Accounting
• Present financial analyses during business reviews with clear recommendations
