Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin revenue lines.

You will forecast, analyze, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance and focus on risks and opportunities. In this role you’ll build driver-based models, support month-end close, and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Advanced Excel and SQL; exposure to planning tools like Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to validate assumptions and present analysis.
• Track record of identifying financial trends or risks and escalating insights to leadership.
• Proven accuracy in financial close, variance analysis, or reconciliations.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis, reconciling actuals against forecast monthly.
• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, covering revenue forecasting and OpEx budget tracking.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models powering revenue and expense analysis across Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin.
• Investigate financial and operational data proactively to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Lead the month-end close process for your areas, ensuring data integrity with Accounting.
• Present financial analysis during business reviews with clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
