Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join the Product Finance FP&A team and own the financial story behind Revenue lines including Consumer Trading, Developer, and Stablecoin products. You will forecast, analyze variance, and provide strategic insights across revenue and OpEx, partnering with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, and HR.

You'll build driver-based models, lead month-end close, and present findings to leadership, driving improvements in efficiency and financial

Qualifications

2-4 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role.
Build driver-based revenue and expense models independently.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to validate inputs.
Identify financial trends or risks and escalate insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

Own revenue forecasting and variance analysis for Consumer Trading.
Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products.
Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue and expenses.
Investigate data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Lead month-end close and ensure data integrity with Accounting.
Present analyses to cross-functional stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
