Job summary

Doppel is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead the Enterprise sales team across the Northeast region. You will build a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and ensure predictable forecasting, while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales leadership within B2B SaaS, a track record of exceeding quotas, and strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding team quotas and growing revenue within the Enterprise segment.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting processes, pipeline management, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new business and expansion within Enterprise accounts.
• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee pipeline development and ensure high-confidence forecasting accuracy to drive predictable revenue growth.
• Partner with channel and alliance organizations to co-sell and expand regional market coverage.
