Job summary

ShopMy seeks a Client Strategy Associate to join our Brand Success team in New York. You will help manage and optimize our largest brands and luxury portfolio, supporting Client Strategy Managers and driving high-touch partnerships with senior stakeholders.

You will attend external meetings, track campaigns, synthesize data into actionable recommendations, maintain account records, and collaborate to scale a best-in-class client experience while leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in account management, project management, or client-facing roles supporting high-value brands.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and executives in complex orgs.
• Strong prioritization and high-quality, responsive work standard.
• Experience as an Account Coordinator or Assistant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Strategy Managers in day-to-day management of brand accounts in Enterprise and Luxury portfolios.
• Attend external meetings with brands to track needs and action items.
• Monitor campaigns and surface insights with proactive recommendations.
• Develop brand-specific strategies by synthesizing platform data and brand goals.
• Maintain accurate account data and documentation.
• Support ad-hoc projects and maintain timelines.
• Collaborate with Associates to share best practices and drive efficiency.
