Job summary

YipitData is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to join our Corporate team. You will manage relationships across key brand and retail clients, drive adoption of our solutions, and ensure value creation, renewals, and growth.

Remote-friendly across the US, with NYC as HQ. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Product teams to set strategy, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. The target on-target earnings is $155,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Ability to build strategic relationships to support engagement, value creation, and positive renewal outcomes.
• Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base through discovery.
• Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
• Self-starter and a team player.
• Energized by contributing to the future of YipitData and the Corporate business.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate relationships with clients by leveraging product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption.
• Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally.
• Creating and executing account growth and engagement strategies.
• Manage commercial strategy by developing rapport with key decision-makers and partnering with cross-functional teams to set and execute account strategy.
• Identifying upsell opportunities to augment contract value.
• Contribute to building best-in-class practices within our growing Corporate team.
