ShopMy, a fast-growing e-commerce startup, is seeking an Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role offers hands-on, cross-functional projects that shape how we scale and drive growth.

You’ll work with leaders across the business to analyze, plan, and translate insights into action, building scalable processes and identifying opportunities for value creation. If you’re energized by data, eager to make an impact at speed, and enjoy collaborating across teams in a remote-first

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in strategy & operations, consulting, finance, or other analytical, execution-focused roles (startup/SaaS experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; experience with SQL or data tools is a plus.
• Strong bias toward action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, working alongside teammates on the Strategy & Operations team and partners across ShopMy.
• Support analysis of core business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Help develop work plans, surface key metrics, and align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
• Work closely with senior leaders to bring strategic ideas to life—translating insights into actions that drive real business results.
• Identify and test hypotheses through data and discovery, bringing thoughtful, forward-looking recommendations to the table.
• Help refine processes and build scalable systems that set ShopMy up for long-term success.
