HighLevel is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead and scale the SDET team, driving test automation strategy and quality across products. You will guide a high-performing team, shape testing culture, and partner with development and release teams to deliver reliable software.

The role emphasizes testing across web, mobile, and API layers, shift-left practices, and leveraging GenAI to boost productivity and coverage in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Competenze

• Nine or more years in Quality Engineering with hands-on and leadership experience.
• Proven track record mentoring a large SDET team and driving automation strategy.
• Hands-on as a Test Automation Architect, with TypeScript and Playwright.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and dev workflows.
• Experience with API testing and performance testing in modern apps.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs focused on automation, performance, and reliability.
• Define and execute the end-to-end test automation strategy across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Champion Shift-Left Testing and ensure automated tests integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Dev Managers to improve release quality, coverage, and speed.
• Drive initiatives to improve test productivity with GenAI tools and intelligent test generation.
