HighLevel in the United States is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager II to lead and scale our SDET team. You will drive the test automation strategy, quality processes, and engineering excellence across products.

You will lead a high-performing team of SDETs, foster a culture of quality-first, shift-left testing, and leverage GenAI tools to improve productivity and coverage. Remote-first environment with fast-paced product releases.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Quality Engineering
• Proven experience leading large SDET teams
• Hands-on automation architect with TypeScript/Playwright
• Strong CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP) and SDLC knowledge
• API, performance, and mobile test automation
• Advocate for Shift-Left testing and automation
• Experience building testing infrastructure for microservices

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an SDET team focused on automation, performance, reliability
• Define end-to-end test automation strategy for web, mobile, and API
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and shift-left initiatives
• Collaborate with Dev managers to improve release quality and speed
• Develop scalable frameworks using TypeScript/Playwright
• Guide GenAI tooling to boost testing productivity
