Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing/quality engineering.
• 5+ years of senior engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end quality strategy and roadmap across multiple product lines.
• Lead AI adoption strategy for quality engineering within Commerce.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security leadership to align quality goals.
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs for quality and productivity.
• Mentor SDET Managers and Leads to build leadership depth.
