Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. SDET Manager to own the quality engineering strategy for the Commerce & Payments domain. You will mentor SDET Managers, shape the testing roadmap, and drive AI-enabled quality approaches to improve how teams build, test, and ship software.

In a remote-first, global organization, you will partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Security to govern quality across multiple product lines and ensure scalable, reliable delivery for high-velocity releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing/quality engineering, incl. leadership of multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap across Commerce & Payments
• Establish quality gates, release readiness criteria, and CI/CD integration into Quality
• Drive shift-left/shift-right quality culture with design reviews and production observability
• Lead architectural reviews to surface scalability, reliability, and performance risks
• Evaluate tools and platforms to scale automation across teams
• Lead AI adoption in quality engineering for coverage and productivity
• Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security leaders to align goals
• Provide regular quality updates and recommendations to executives
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs for quality and productivity
• Mentor SDET Managers and Leads to grow the quality leadership pipeline
