Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior SDET (SDET3) for its full-time remote engineering team. You will ensure quality across new releases, drive test strategy, and own the correctness and reliability of builds.

This role requires strong API/UI testing, automation expertise, and collaboration with engineering, product, and QA peers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in web testing, experience with defect tracking, and hands-on automation using Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Postman.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing web applications in a QA role.
• Experience with defect tracking systems to report, track, and resolve defects.
• Proficient in API and performance testing with tools like JMeter and Postman.
• Hands-on with UI automation using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and browser debugging tools.
• Experience in both white box and black box testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of test strategies for software releases.
• Identify and prioritise test scenarios, including edge cases and risks.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure coverage and quality.
• Mentor junior testers and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
