Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior backend engineering leader to shape the technical strategy for a year ahead, coordinating with product, design and analytics to deliver scalable, reliable systems. You will drive highly available distributed architectures and champion best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems.
• Experience with AWS, MySQL, Spark and Kubernetes.
• Experience building consumer experiences with React.
• 2+ years in Ad Tech or related platforms.
• Ability to define technical and execution plans.
• Strong communication across teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
