Job summary

Rula is a remote-first company hiring a Chief of Staff to the Head of Engineering as the organization scales. You will influence how engineering operates, shape decisions, and drive execution through collaboration with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

You will own operational rhythms, tackle ambiguous challenges, and design actionable cross-functional plans, applying AI to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in engineering or tech leadership.
• Experience as a CTO/Head of Engineering advisor or Chief of Staff to senior tech exec.
• Ability to diagnose organizational problems and drive execution with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders.
• Fluent with AI tools and applying AI to improve processes.

• Guide the Engineering organization through growth and strategic evolution.
