As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform Experience Team, you will design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure enabling agentic development across teams and drive AI enablement, developer relations, training, and shared tooling.

You will contribute to scalable systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of AI-powered mental health tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering scalable production systems.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and LLM integrations.
• Proven developer relations or strong communication skills to guide and upskill engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve routine and non-routine complex problems and drive technical improvements.
• Solid foundation in technical design, architecture, and developer experience.
