Job summary

the company is seeking a high-impact, strategic Financial Manager to join our GTM Finance team as the primary engine for EMEA Sales. You will act as a vital business partner, translating data into strategy while leading the charge on global commissions forecasting.

This remote role works with a global team, primarily with stakeholders in Europe and the United States. Travel may be required occasionally for in-person project or team meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team.
• Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions.
• Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks.
• Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support.
• Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency.
• Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives.
