Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Digital Project Manager I/II to own multiple client programs from inception to delivery. You will partner with client services and channel teams to set goals, track performance, and drive high-quality service delivery across paid, earned, and owned media initiatives.

The role demands strong project-management discipline, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment, and ownership of program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in an interactive agency delivering mid-to large-scale digital programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification expected within one year of hire; training fees covered by employer.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar task management tools; ability to create workflows and train teams.
• Strong independent work habits balanced with teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience documenting, tracking, and following up on multiple concurrent tasks.
• Experience drafting PM plans, change logs, risk logs, and status reports.
• Familiarity with workflows across digital creative, paid/earned media, analytics, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal and external program operations contact.
• Ensure operational efficiency of programs and facilitate meetings with action items.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives with channel leadership.
• Define scope, track risks and change requests to minimize impact.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and trackers.
• Create workflows, train teams, and manage tasks with PM software.
• Ensure PMO templates/processes are used across client programs.
• Collaborate with client services and cross-functional teams for account success.
