Job summary

Wpromote seeks a Digital Project Manager I I to oversee multiple programs in a fast-paced digital agency. You will partner with client services and channel teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, coordinating with leadership across paid, earned, owned media, and digital intelligence groups.

You will manage numerous projects concurrently, ensuring timely action items, rigorous documentation, and adherence to PMO standards. Strong collaboration and autonomous work are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification expected within one year of hire supported by training.
• Strong ability to use Asana or similar task management tools and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal and external program operations contact and optimize program efficiency.
• Lead client-facing and internal meetings with action items and recap distribution.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives with channel leads.
• Define scope, risks, and change requests to minimize program impact.
• Create detailed project documentation, timelines, and trackers.
• Develop workflows, train teams, and manage tasks using PM software.
• Ensure programs follow PMO templates and processes.
• Partner with client services for account success and co-own PM initiatives.
