Job summary

CruxOCM is seeking a Forward Deployment Product Manager to bridge software engineering and heavy industry workflows. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of software integration and automation, interfacing with internal teams and external industrial partners.

You will collaborate with Deployment, Support, Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align requirements, delivery, and the product roadmap in a remote-first, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 3+ years combined experience in engineering, product development, or technical program/project management.
• Ability to discuss design tradeoffs, system architecture, and debugging with engineers.
• Demonstrated daily experience using AI coding assistants and generative tools to boost output.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, story points, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage multiple projects with milestones, timelines, and resource alignment.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate project management tasks.
• Identify and resolve dependencies and blockers to maintain delivery velocity.
• Improve internal tooling, processes, and documentation; develop playbooks.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high safety and reliability standards.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide transparent progress updates.
• Build trust-based relationships with client leads and plant managers.
• Align cross-functional teams for a unified delivery approach.
