Truelogic is seeking an embedded PM to translate client and internal needs into clear product requirements within implementation pods. You will define workflows, prototype AI-driven flows, and shape agent behavior in real-world use, ensuring delivery aligns with client goals.

The role emphasizes prototyping, prompting, and close collaboration with delivery teams to refine solutions in-market, with a strong emphasis on ownership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Product-minded but highly executional.

• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership and bias to action.
• Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, or implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations.
• Define workflows, user stories, and briefs from ambiguous processes.
• Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate directions.
• Coordinate with Technical Account Managers and engineers to keep deployments moving.
• Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back into the product core.
• Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes.
