You will own client operations data, from menus and pricing to CRM segments, and bridge clients, marketers, founders, and engineers to create impactful software workflows.

You will resolve issues, convert manual steps into automated checks or specs, and help design scalable processes as deployment expands, with 90-day milestones focused on measurable improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or related roles with measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with engineering and operations in software environments.
• Academic grounding in engineering, economics, math, CS, or business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client operations data and workflows.
• Translate business problems into clear technical specifications for engineers.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, marketers, and leadership to drive metrics.
• Develop scalable playbooks, onboarding, and processes as the company grows.
• Advance 90-day milestones: ship improvements and automate checks.
