Job summary

Next Generation Inc is looking for a Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant to assist in the successful deployment of Ceridian Dayforce Payroll solutions with various clients. This role includes responsibilities across the implementation lifecycle, focusing on payroll processes and client readiness.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, familiarity with SaaS platforms, and strong project management skills. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid format based in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience with payroll focus.
• Hands-on experience implementing payroll within SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for Dayforce Payroll implementations.
• Configuring Dayforce Payroll modules and leading client discovery sessions.
• Providing post-go-live consulting support for payroll administration.
