Jobgether is seeking a Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) lead who can own end-to-end implementations—from discovery and requirements gathering to go‑live and post‑go‑live support—across multiple client engagements. You will analyze client requirements, configure Time & Attendance and Scheduling, manage data mapping and integrations, develop test plans, run UAT, and lead client workshops.

This is remote‑first, Canada‑based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering Dayforce implementations with WFM components.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of data mapping and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations across lifecycle.
• Gather and map client requirements to Dayforce capabilities.
• Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, accruals, and pay policies.
• Manage data mapping and integrations and ensure payroll data flows.
• Plan and execute testing: unit, system, UAT; resolve defects.
• Coordinate cutover and go-live activities.
• Facilitate client workshops and document designs.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee multiple client engagements and track project metrics.
• Contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
