Netwrix Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer happiness, retention, and expansion. You will understand customer goals and proactively provide guidance, ensuring successful adoption of Netwrix solutions across the lifecycle.

You will coordinate health checks, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Account and Renewal Managers on renewals and upsell opportunities. A strong customer-centric mindset and cybersecurity awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management or similar) in or adjacent to cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to define KPIs and measure outcomes for customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Empathetic listener with a patient, positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own customer success and drive long-term relationships.
• Lead onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of Netwrix products.
• Monitor customer health and engagement; drive renewals and expansion.
• Coordinate semi-annual health checks with customers and internal resources.
• Advocate for customer needs and feature requests to influence product roadmap.
