Job summary

Edmentum is hiring a CS Strategy & Operations Analyst to turn data into insights that drive customer success and retention. You’ll build reporting infrastructure, predictive health models, and dashboards across CRM and CS platforms to guide leadership from frontline teams to the Board.

You’ll design scalable dashboards, renewal risk frameworks, and health score models while collaborating with Revenue Ops, Finance, and Data Ops. Experience with Planhat/Gainsight and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or CX operations.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data modeling with polished dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience for CRM reporting and data management.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to communicate complex findings to executives.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams; adaptable communicator.
• Familiarity with Planhat or Gainsight (preferred).
• Experience with predictive analytics, health scoring, or retention risk modeling (preferred).
• Knowledge of longitudinal data tracking, time-series analysis, or implementation analytics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and a CS metric dictionary.
• Build and manage renewal risk reporting frameworks and surface at-risk customers.
• Develop and refine customer health score models and analyze their predictive impact.
• Analyze implementation/adoption data and correlate with health scores and renewal rates.
• Identify leading churn indicators and provide actionable guidance for CS teams.
• Own executive-level reporting for key customer segments and renewal cohorts.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Operations to align reporting definitions.
