Job summary

AlphaSense, a leading AI-powered market intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Success Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll act as a cross-functional problem solver, translating CS data into actionable insights and helping shape our roadmap.

Candidates bring 3–5 years in customer ops at fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI firms, strong CS metrics knowledge, and experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari or Gong.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of customer ops experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
• Strong understanding of core SaaS and Customer Success metrics (NRR, GRR, renewal rate, usage KPIs).
• Comfortable working in Salesforce, Gainsight, and forecasting tools such as Clari or Gong.
• Able to solve open-ended problems with a proactive mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Domain Expertise: Bring knowledge of customer success and account management into CS Operations.
• CS Metrics & Reporting: Build and maintain reporting on core CS metrics (NRR, GRR, renewal rate, usage KPIs).
• Cross-Functional Deployment Support: Partner with cross-functional teams on large, complex projects.
• Strategic Project Execution: Support program delivery across our customer base.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Build relationships with pre-sales and CS leadership to surface CS needs.
• Project Support: Contribute to broader strategic CS initiatives and platform projects.
• Be the go-to person for cross-functional and customer-facing context in CS Operations.
