Job summary

Docplanner Group is seeking a data analytics professional within Global CS Ops Analytics to support the VP and leadership across 13 markets. You will develop dashboards, data models, and experiments to drive growth and informed decisions.

Responsibilities include building recurring reports, statistical models, and AI-enabled analytics, while collaborating with BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams. Remote-friendly with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field with 3–5 years analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills (Redshift preferred); Python for stats.
• Experience with statistical modeling (regression, forecasting, A/B tests).
• Hands-on with Superset and/or Tableau for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards, and data models.
• Create automations across markets and ensure consistency with BI standards.
• Develop statistical and predictive models; MVPs for new use cases.
• Incorporate AI-first querying and coding; use shared libraries.
• Act as translation layer between business line and data teams; align with stakeholders.
• Lead deep dives and experiments; analyze results and inform decisions.
• Prioritize workload and align with stakeholders.
