Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager for the Corporate Development team to drive inorganic growth through M&A, strategic investments, and market landscaping. You will work directly with senior leadership to execute opportunities that advance the company's mission in crypto and digital assets.

You will lead end-to-end deal execution, develop clear competitive intelligence, and build relationships across the ecosystem to stay ahead of market developments.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in investment banking, top-tier consulting, corporate development, PE or VC.
• End-to-end M&A or strategic investment experience with modeling & due diligence.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations for executives.
• Crypto, blockchain, and digital assets interest is preferred.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments, incl. sourcing and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations.
• Develop competitive intelligence and translate insights into action.
• Partner with executives to drive high-priority initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
• Build relationships with startups, investors, and industry players to surface opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations and assist with recruiting and team development.
