Job summary

Offchain Labs is seeking a Corporate Development Sr. Associate to identify, acquire, and build blockchain solutions at scale.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on deal execution across M&A, partnerships, and fundraising. You will develop valuation models, lead diligence, and coordinate with engineering, product, legal, and finance to close transactions that align with Offchain Labs' decentralized infrastructure vision.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, consulting, or corporate development/strategic finance.
• Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraising process from start to close.
• Genuine fluency in crypto; crypto-native work preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills.
• Exceptional written and visual communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end—screen targets, diligence, model building, memoranda, and deal structuring.
• Own post-merger integration planning and execution; define integration thesis and drive workstreams.
• Support fundraising readiness with data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting.
• Develop strategic business cases including market and competitive analyses and execution roadmaps.
• Provide an external perspective to leadership and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead internal strategy communications and track execution against strategic goals.
