Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to deliver responsive contract support for the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams.

You’ll draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts while triaging requests and guiding internal partners. This remote-first role offers collaboration with Legal, Revenue, Finance, and Procurement, with a bachelor’s degree and Ironclad CLM experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management or comparable contracting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required, no JD necessary.
• Experience with a CLM platform (Ironclad preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Triage incoming legal requests and answer contract/process questions for the business.
• Coordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews to move matters toward execution.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Communicate contract positions, requirements, risks, and next steps clearly to internal partners.
• Identify pain points and implement process improvements for speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Meet aggressive internal SLAs while balancing priorities and urgent matters.
• Partner with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on design and delivery.
• Support ad-hoc matters and special projects as the function evolves.
