Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to deliver responsive contract support for the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams. You’ll draft, negotiate, and manage agreements, triage legal requests, and collaborate with Legal, Revenue, Finance, and Procurement.

You will independently handle routine matters while supporting attorneys on strategic negotiations. The role values speed, curiosity, judgment, and continuous improvement in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience or similar
• Bachelor’s degree required (no JD)
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (Ironclad preferred)
• Strong writing and verbal communicationskills

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts
• Triage incoming legal requests and answer contract questions
• Coordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews
• Maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources
• Communicate contract positions, risks, and next steps to internal partners
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements for speed and quality
• Meet internal SLAs while prioritizing urgent matters
• Collaborate with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on solutions
• Support ad-hoc matters as the function evolves
