Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to deliver responsive contract support for the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, support legal intake, and partner with Legal, Revenue, Finance, and Procurement to keep contracts moving toward execution. The role rewards resourcefulness, speed, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset in a remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience
• Bachelor’s degree (no JD) required
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms; Ironclad preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage routine and moderately complex contract matters

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts
• Triage incoming legal requests and respond to contract questions
• Coordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews toward execution
• Maintain and improve standard templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources
• Communicate contract positions and risks clearly to internal partners
• Identify recurring pain points and implement process improvements
• Manage aggressive internal SLAs and prioritize urgent matters
• Partner with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on design and delivery
• Support ad-hoc matters and special projects as the function evolves
