Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to support the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements and NDAs, triage requests, and keep processes moving under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with Legal, Revenue, Finance, Procurement, and other teams, improve templates and playbooks, and contribute to scalable contracting processes in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract management, paralegal, or related contracting role.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Triage incoming legal requests, answer contract and process questions, route matters requiring specialized knowledge.
• Coordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews to move matters toward execution.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Communicate contract positions, requirements, risks and next steps to internal partners.
• Identify recurring pain points and opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Meet aggressive internal SLAs while balancing priorities and urgent matters.
• Partner with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on solution design and delivery.
