Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist II to deliver contract support for the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams. You’ll draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts, while triaging requests and guiding business questions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience, or paralegal work in a tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree (no JD required).
• Experience with a CLM platform; Ironclad preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs.
• Triage legal requests and answer contract questions for the business.
• Coordinate approvals and cross-functional reviews to move contracts to execution.
• Maintain standard templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
• Communicate contract positions, risks, and next steps to partners.
• Identify pain points and drive process improvements for speed and quality.
• Meet aggressive internal SLAs while balancing priorities.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement.
