Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a business-minded Contract Management Specialist II to provide contract support for the Commercial and Vendor Legal teams.

You’ll manage a wide range of agreements and triage legal requests, partnering with Legal, Revenue, Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams. This hands-on role rewards resourcefulness, speed, curiosity, and sound judgment as you independently handle routine matters and assist lawyers on strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in contract management or similar.
• Bachelor's degree required (no JD).
• Experience with a contract lifecycle management platform; Ironclad preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent handling of routine matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts
• Triage incoming legal requests and route matters needing specialized knowledge
• Coordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews to move toward execution
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources
• Communicate contract positions, requirements, risks and next steps to internal partners
• Identify recurring pain points and implement process improvements for speed and quality
• Manage and meet aggressive internal SLAs while balancing priorities
• Partner with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on design and delivery
